Our lawn care programs are designed to improve and maintain the health, color, and density of your lawn. The treatments, performed by our licensed specialists, are specific to the needs of your lawn. The following outlines the lawn care programs we offer:
This program is designed as a two-year program. It consists of seven annual applications. It will supply your lawn with all the treatments of the Gold Lawn Program, plus, alternating annually, Lime and Core Aeration. |

Fertilize and apply crabgrass preventer. As necessary, apply broadleaf weed control. |

Fertilize. Apply a second crabgrass preventer depending on site, weather condition, and product used. As necessary, treat for surface feeding insects and broadleaf weeds. |

Grubs are the sub-surface feeding stage of beetles. They cause substantial damage to lawns in our area annually. This is a preventative treatment. This treatment requires watering after application with a minimum of ½ inch of water per area. |

| 7. Lime or Core Aeration* |
LIME:
Apply limestone to regulate the soil’s PH. This improves your lawn’s response to fertilizer treatments.
CORE AERATION:
Aeration allows air, water and nutrients to more readily reach the root zone, relieves soil compaction, and reduces thatch buildup.
